Diagnostics, module programming, coding and key work on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, MINI, Jaguar and Land Rover, done in house with ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, PIWIS and SDD, followed by the mechanical repair the data calls for. Written ranges before any part is ordered, every repair covered for 2 years parts and 2 years labor, up to 24,000 miles, nationwide.
Factory tools for eight brands, repairs covered by a 2-year/24,000-mile warranty

A BMW, a Mercedes or an Audi is a network of control units, and most of the warnings that bring one to a shop were raised by a module a generic scanner never addresses. The factory platform reads all of them with the data each one stored, runs the manufacturer test plan for the fault and, when a part is replaced, writes the software and the coding that make the new part belong to the car. Without that last step a repair is mechanically done and electronically unfinished.
This shop owns the platform for each of the eight brands it works on: ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, PIWIS and SDD with Pathfinder, plus the pass-through and the subscriptions that let a DME or a gateway be flashed online. That is the difference between a shop that can replace a module and a shop that can finish the job.
It means the data decides. A transmission that limps is read before the pan comes off, so the estimate names a conductor plate, a mechatronic or a fluid service rather than a gearbox. An air suspension that sags is pressure-held corner by corner, so the estimate names a strut rather than a compressor. A car with thirty faults on a cold morning is tested for voltage before any of the thirty is blamed.
The mechanical work that follows, cooling, suspension, brakes, chains and water pumps, is done with genuine or original-equipment parts and finished with the adaptation, calibration or registration the brand requires, inside the same tool session.
Because the same symptom has more than one cause and more than one price, and nobody can tell which from a phone call. A no-start on a BMW can be a battery registration at $85–$150 or a FEM at $650–$1,400; a Mercedes key that will not turn can be a key battery or an ESL at $650–$1,900. The ranges on this site are the typical spread for Dallas independents, built from the part, the labor and the programming each job needs.
The written estimate after the diagnostic session is where the range becomes a figure, and it reaches you before any part is ordered. If you decline the repair, you leave with the findings and the fault data in writing.
Services
Ten service pages cover the diagnostic session, module programming, key and immobilizer work, oil service with the factory reset, brakes with the parking brake service mode, cooling, suspension and air suspension, DSG, ZF and PDK transmissions, electrical faults and the pre-purchase inspection, each with its range and what moves it.

Questions
Yes: ISTA, XENTRY with online SCN coding, ODIS with the online login plus VCDS, PIWIS, and SDD with Pathfinder, each on licensed hardware with the manufacturer subscription, alongside a J2534 pass-through for flashing and AVDI and Abrites for immobilizer and key work. The tools are named on every page because they decide what the shop can finish without a dealer.
Usually. The common reasons a module job stalls elsewhere are a missing online subscription, a used unit that needs alignment or component protection release, or a flash that failed on low voltage. The shop reads the unit first, chooses between recovery, a used unit and a new one, and finishes the coding and the immobilizer steps in house.
The programming is the same work with the same manufacturer data; the difference is independent labor and parts pricing, and the option of a tested used module where the brand allows it, which the dealer will not offer. Every estimate is a written range you can compare line by line.
No. Federal law prevents a manufacturer from voiding a warranty because maintenance or repair was done outside its dealer network, as long as the work meets the specification. The shop uses approved fluids and genuine or original-equipment parts and gives you an itemized invoice with the software session recorded.
Yes. A car with a dead body controller, a failed immobilizer or no keys arrives on a flatbed, and the bay is reserved for the day it comes. Say what the car does when you book, bring every key you own and the registration, and the diagnosis starts from the module data rather than from a guess.
The shop serves Dallas and every city inside 30 miles of zip 75228, from the Park Cities and Richardson out to Garland, Mesquite, Irving, Plano and Frisco, and the car comes to the shop; it does not travel. The service-area page lists every city and zip inside the radius.
You can call or text (817) 765-6604, or send the year, brand, model, mileage, VIN and the symptom through the form. Hours are Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sat: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Sun: Closed. A photo of the dash and a note of what has already been replaced shorten the first reply.
Start with the diagnosis
A factory-tool session is $165–$265 and ends with written findings and a repair range. Send the brand, the model, the VIN and what the car is doing, in English or Spanish.
